Adblock Plus. I don’t like ads. Why would this convince people who don’t like ads to use Chrome?

I’ve always wanted to try Avast actually… It stores bookmarks and even currently open tabs online, so you can continue exact sessions elsewhere’s.

And I’m posting this in EI9. Nice enough, but not nice enough to make me switch from Chrome ta’

There’s addons that do that for Firefox- scratch that, there’s addons that do ANY browser related task for Firefox, and it comes with most of them by default.

FireFox 4.0 has notably improved performance with Direct2D on DirectX 10 Hardware. It’s amazingly speedy browsing for me.

Wha? I dont get it when people say firefox is slow? for me firefox is the fastest. This makes me think it might be something to do with the computer, but it cant be, can it?

NOTE: i am not using the 4.0 beta

and yeah of course Firfox, the addons and decoration is what i favour.

I think that poll on w3schools may only apply to people who visit that website.

It kinda goes without saying people who know what CSS stands for, and how to say “Hello World” in Javascript, are more likely to be using something other than IE.

I really think it depends. My dad has only recently switched from IE to chrome, he would never use anything other than IE due to it’s 64bit performance being far superior to every other browser until Chrome. He will soon be switching to IE9 when it’s out. I only mention him because he is a very successful programmer.

I find that shocking to be honest. Firefox 4 beta has put me off ever using Firefox again, until then I was a loyal Firefox user. But it has the worst performance of any browser I’ve tried, by a very, very long way.
