The reason Zynga was able to defeat Infinity Ward, Rockstar North, and the reason they’re pulling way ahead of Valve now is because the contest is slanted in favor of Zynga. Why?

Because Zynga develops for FACEBOOK, and you can only vote in this contest if you have a FACEBOOK account or an account on this website.

They don’t let you log in and vote with your Steam forum account. Only a Facebook account. Obviously a lot of people playing GTA4, Half-Life, HL2, L4D, COD4, etc aren’t going to bother to create a whole new account on this website just so they can vote.

But Zynga players don’t need to do that - because Zynga develops flash games and apps for FACEBOOK… and you can vote with your Facebook account.

That’s why everyone is losing to stupid Zynga, and that’s why unless you guys go vote Valve and Gordon Freeman will lose to them too.

I CANNOT believe that Zynga is winning over Valve here. Zynga should not even be in this competition.

I’m also disappointed that Bioware is winning over Blizzard. I think that was somewhat to be expected though since Bioware has the focus on the console market which is 10x larger than the PC market.
