I would like to know if they would be compatable. If more info is need please say so.

you mean your old CPU and HDD with this new mobo?
The asnwer is no.
This mobo suppors AMD processors only, not intel. Even the name says AMD motherboard.
Push specifications on the newegg page and look under supported CPU at the top.

Whats your budget?

So I need a Intel motherboard

Keep in mind you’re not gonna get much of a performance boost in games with just a new CPU and mobo.

Check if your current setup has a PCI-E slot, you could just buy more ram and a new graphics card and you would get MUCH better speed in games.

^^yep.
What is your current GPU?

if you want to keep you CPU, yes.
but I would to suggest to buy a new MB + CPU + GFX Card
the AMD Phenom II X4 955 is actually pretty cheap in price

Sigh.

Okay, go to this page: https://www.newegg.com/Store/Category.aspx?Category=20&name=Motherboards
See the intel on the left side, click on that, and it’ll give you a list of all the potential intel motherboards. Now scroll down until you see “CPU Socket Type” on the side. Find out the socket type of your processor (if you’re keeping your old one), and make sure the sockets match. If you don’t, your processor won’t fit in the system.

Also, if you haven’t read a guide on building a computer before, do that ASAP. Buying and building computers is easy, but you have to understand the ground rules for it, what works, what doesn’t, and why.

You said you were replacing your processor in your first post, but only posted a link to a motherboard, not the CPU.

I have upgraded my ram recently and I will be getting a new processor as well as a motherboard. I will find two that work together thanks. I just need to find the parts that will work together.
