Hey you cut off the part where I said ‘easiest’!
Does he seem like someone who should be handling LN2 on a regular basis?

Because LN2 isn’t the easiest, but phase change certainly isn’t the coolest. Difficulty is irrelevant when you’re comparing e-penis length.
No phase change isn’t THE coolest. Even LN2 isn’t THE coldest ( I forget if it was liquid helium or something else that goes that extra tiny bit). I would say though that liquid cooling isn’t even in the ballpark though. To say it’s ‘the best’ when it’s the best at nothing bothered me.
These liquid gas will kill your CPU in no time, though. Think of the brutal temperature changes
Phase change is just a fancy way of saying a refrigerator, basically…
Neither of those statements are really correct. The cooler a circuit gets the less migration that goes on and the longer your CPU lasts. It’s heat that causes migration, which destroys your CPU.
Also, just because something uses refrigerant gas doesn’t mean it’s a simple household refrigerator. Though I guess you could say it’s a super powered refrigerator.
Sure, if you keep it at -200 C or whatever, you get better conductivity. But you only use liquid nitrogen when you actually run the CPU, so it gets shifted from ambiant temperature to -200, to ambiant again at each use. Temperature changes like that can’t be good to anything.
On phase change:
Also, it’s not just the use of refrigerant gas… it works exactly the same way as a refrigerator or freezer. It’s not “super powered” unless you use a 10 HP compressor or something (good luck plugging that in your 120V outlet). A normal freezer can be much colder than what it usually is… These things are actually working like 5% of the time.
If you properly insulate the board there should be no problem.
What are you basing this supposed problem on?
EDIT: Also, there are few refrigerators that use more than a single stage of refrigeration process, and they also use a different refrigerant chemicals.
[COLOR=‘Red’]This is all terribly off-topic - the OP wants some help so if you’re not prepared to give it, please don’t post. On which note, maybe if this was in the right forum there’d be better luck. Moved.
Titan Fenrir cooler = best money can buy. Its actually as good as water cooling without the er…water
