Shit guys, I’m stuck. Since the school reform (they completely changed how school programs work, and I’m in the first year of it, so I’m kind of a guinea pig for it. They test everything on us), we have to chose in which work branch we’ll have to go. And we can’t change. I have 3 options:

1: Administrative jobs or jobs like working in a workshop
2: Medicine, lawyer, these kind of jobs
3: Other jobs

The problem is, I have no fuckin’ idea what I want to do.
There are some things I’d want to do, but then I realize I have no experience/talent for them. Like Graphic Designer, photographer etc…

There are also things I’d love to do, but I know it’ll not work. I.e rally car driver (or in my case co-driver). I already do some with a friend, and we’re pretty good, but the competition is so rough I doubt I could make a living with this. Or maybe if I can start composing I’d love to make a living of this too, but then again the chances for this to work are so small.

I’d also like to go in plastic surgery, but I definitely do not want to get out of school at the age of 30.

What do I do?

I have a friend like that, we call him red, and he’s a genius, but socially inept and can barely talk to girls.

He also has no internet, but he’s in computer science.

What do you mean by ‘other jobs’.

In these times the video game industry and computer technology is running hot.

Well jobs that aren’t like doctor, lawyer (that requires high maths, science or a lots of years at school) or that aren’t like secretary, construction worker etc… (that requires low maths). I can’t really think of an example to be honest.

Do what you enjoy bscly  Whats that, that’d give us an idea
.

I say go for Graphic design or photography. You don’t really need any particular talent for graphics, just an eye for design. Drawing skill would be useful, but it’s really not essential.

For photography you just have to work on it, really.

Thanks. Actually those falls into “Other jobs”.

Girl, you spin me like a walrus.

I need to find a profession too but I have no idea, I’m pretty good in networks and stuff but I don’t know what that’s useful for and what education I need.

IT Technician is the only thing I can think of. Pays very well, I’m told.

if only I knew how that’s called here in Quebec… Fuck, why does everything have to be in French?

What does IT stand for?

Information Technology mebbe :meh:
.

After a quick search I came with: “Génie des technologies de l’information”

Well that’s to become an engineer, also I have to go to university for that :frowning:

Nah. Generally maybe just a community college will do the trick, because IT isn’t a super demanding job. I have a friend who works IT at a school and he’s still a 2nd year student at university.

Well you could go in “Techniques de l’informatique

That’s the reason why I’m sitting here at the uni, listening to guys who think they know more than me… sadly, some do…

Someone on the topic of “How to have each folder its own size?” in Windows 7:

"It is that function I need. But in Windows 7, it is gone! If “by design”, this is an unacceptable design error. Shortcuts to folders on my desktop are like the dashboard of my car. After opening a folder, all items are on a fixed place. Now everything is shuffled each time the folder opens in a different size.

To make sure I can’t find my icons on a fixed place, the option to not auto arrange icons is gone too!

This is garbage I can not work with. I hope Microsoft will see the light before the release."

That makes me hate people.

Personally, I gave up trying to understand that after I read the topic

Is Windows 7 turning out to be any good? Would try it myself, but little laptop here is on the verge of death
