if the crack works fine its a bunnch less hassle then mounting an image i rekcon

It is a mini-image. I’m playing the 64-bit version of Crysis. If it was a crack, I would’ve had a problem with it by now. There are no problems with it so I assume that my coworker who built this gaming rig for me put a mini-image of Crysis on it for me so that he could test how well the game performed on my PC.

That’s not the slim. The slim only comes in 120GB and 250GB variants.

I still have mine I got just a little after they came out. Got PS2 compatibility and everything. The disk drive did mess up though and I sent it in and got it fixed.

You do know the old one has EXACTLY the same hardware as the Slim?

And neither are backwards compatable.

The only difference between the slim and the phat is that you could install Linux on the phat one.

Doesnt the slim not have internet browsing?

Err no. Its exactly the same to the phat except for Linux support.

Watchin some Discovery and there is a kid with an extra thumb. They are cutting the extra thumb off its a fuckin outrage

extra digits are creepy

it borders on child abuse to deprive a child of such a gaming advantage

what would you use it for? I guess you would gain easier access to the start button, but that’s it.

Used for double jumping?

Hmm, I have I take home math quiz due tomorrow…but I’m only half-way done. At this point there’s no way I’m waking up in time for class anyway…I think I’ll skip and say I was sick or something like that and hand it in Friday. =/

wait, maths quiz? How old are you?

dont answer that its maths

Dude, I’m taking university level calculus and we still have quizes.

Wrong my friend, the backwards compatibility was the centre of a couple of hardware changes earlier on in the PS3’s life. Personally I would go for one with an emotion engine chip in it.

When I said I would get an old one, I didn’t mean get an old style one new at retail, I meant a second hand one.
.

Wait, are you telling me that my 1st gen 60gb PS3 doesn’t have the Emotion Engine onboard?

I haven’t listend to this song in for ever, the best, the original F1 tune…
