Indeed. Living 4 1/2 hours from Atlanta, which is the only venue bands ever play at in Georgia blows. I wanted to go to Warped Tour '09 and see Alexisonfire and The Devil Wears Prada. And I’m pretty sure Mayhem Fest is gonna be there in October, and I wanted to see The Black Dahlia Murder.
I saw BDM with Lamb of God, Bodom, and Killswitch Engage a while ago.

Between The Buried And Me is on the top of my list of bands I want to see. I wouldn’t mind seeing Parkway Drive, either. I really wanna see TDWP, though.
BTBAM is spot on live, as is Bodom and KSE.
Eh, Parkway Drive and The Devil Wears Prada are okay. I’m not a big screamo fan. There’s just something about 16 year old boys screaming at high pitches that doesn’t do it for me.
My dad said something like that about BTBAM, calling them screaming banshees, or something like that when I was watching Colors_Live in our living room. I just want to see Paul kick ass. Which he doesn’t need to try very hard to do.
BTBAM isn’t really so much screaming as it is intelligble growling. Honestly I don’t care for the lyrics or voicing that Tommy does but the instrumentals make up for it. I’d like to see them take a different lyrical approach than constant WARRGARBL, though.
I can’t fucking wait until The Great Misdirect comes out. October 27th.
I was supposed to go to see Alexisonfire at the Warped Tour but I had to work . And anyway it was raining all day.
I haven’t seen a metal band play live since Pantera, Soulfly, Morbid Angel and Nothingface back in late 2000.
I dunno if it was raining in Atlanta, I don’t think so.
The only concert I’ve ever been to was when I saw Rush at the Verizon Ampitheatre in Atlanta in July last year. Wow. They were fucking amazing.
