Meh, as long as its isolated I think we can move on. Individuals will always be able to pull of attacks like this, although this is particularly bad. The real concern is if he’s working with others, and if they have a sizable network with many people.

BTW, how were the comments islamophobic? Because I heard people claiming that assuming he was an Islamic extremist was islamophobic, when in reality its just overwhelmingly statistically likely.

Statistical likelihood also does not mean that one can assume something about someone just because they have done a particular thing. I don’t assume anything about anyone until there’s evidence.
