A recent (2000) report by the UK Ministry of Defense concluded that the existence of UFO’s is “undisputable,” and that it is a “daily, worldwide” phenomenon which has been steadily increasing in frequency for the past century.
The report identifies UFOs as balls of electromagnetic plasma which are sculped into geometric shapes by air currents. When one or more plasma balls are close to each other, the area between them bends light inward, causing the illusion of a large black mass.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the electromagnetic properties of the plasma also has the side-effect of causing alterations in human perception, such as flashbacks or hallucinations.
The process by which these plasma flows form, and the reasons that their appearances are increasing in frequency, is unknown.
