Srsly, if you have chronic sleep problems go to a doc ASAP. Sleeping Problems are nothing to fuck with, especially because a non-healthy sleep or no sleep at all affects your overall health condition as well.
I have trouble sleeping. My legs twitch so much it keeps me awake. I should probably take a muscle relaxer every once and a while to stop that.
Nothing has ever really worked out well for me, so I’m not much help. I know that feel though.
Do you drink shit loads of soda a day? I used to do that and when I stopped I started sleeping better.

I’ve tried sleep medications and I don’t recommend them.
For the joke portion of this post, I’d suggest looping some Bob Ross clips for a while. You’ll be so relaxed you won’t even care if it works getting you to sleep. You’ll be delighted by ‘happy little trees’.
Mmmmh… as CPU said, take a look at the restless leg syndrome and the periodic limb movement disorder… if the problem is persistent and/or the intensity much relevant, you should seriously consider a visit to a neurologist.

I used to have the restless leg syndrome, then I tried weed, honestly before that I was compelled to move my legs due to that annoying feeling… about 3 years ago when I ran out of weed for a week… it came back.
More physical activity. If that doesn’t help do like a sleep study and get legit drugs.

Sleep is overrated. I spend my nights watching anime and playing games. I wait till I pass out. It sucks, but nothing seems to work. I feel you exhaustion bro.
