The Pot, Lateralus, The Patient and Schism by Tool might give you a challenge, not that they’re fast but they change time signature and the rhythm will really throw you off. If you’re tired of trying to increase the difficulty just by going faster.
Some of the Cowboy Bebop music can be quite fast, but I’ve only played them on Ninja Mono Ironmode so I don’t know what they’re like on the easier characters.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Zero. Takes a while to get started but the middle to end is great fun

I’m surprised Hamst3r didn’t recommend any of the Hamster Alliance’s music, some of it’s nice and fast. I don’t remember specific track names though.
Rammstein - Pussy is a good one for medium-ish speed.
