I was going by the 200X date. But if the 1998 date given in the Portal 2 hub is correct, then yes, it’d be Clinton.
The RC occurred in 1998 if the Portal 2 backstory is to be believed. That explains all the CRT monitors! :retard:
CRT monitors are awesome, though.
I like my flatscreen better, takes up less space.
And lighter to carry.
I totally agree, but it depends how awesome the BMS team can make the cutscene with Gman. If they make the cutscene better than all of the other cutscenes with gman in the other hl2 episodes, then lets do this bitch!
Immersion is important like you said though. And it’s how I remember the gman encounters so clearly in HL1. Again, it depends how the devs take it. Either way, i’m 96.7% sure that the cutscene/encounter with gman at the end will blow all of our loads.[/SIZE] :jizz:
i dont want to see the grunts punching and kicking when im was too close, it hurts D:
nah im kidding. it was a cool effect, i wonder if the devs awready implemented that
Quick melee attack and quick grenade throw, like in MW2.
this is not the mod for you
eh eh eh quit telephoning me eh eh eh eh
LADY GAGA IN BM???
:fffuuu::fffuuu::fffuuu::fffuuu:
Why was the sprint feature added to the Hazard Suit? This is supposed to be a predecessor to the Hazard Suite Mk V, so it’s supposed to have less features. Adding a feature from Half Life 2 to the suit doesn’t really make sense.
Basically, I don’t want anything in the game that makes it so that it doesn’t mesh with the rest of the series. Considering the fact that the series isn’t finished yet, this is only achievable by changing the story of the game as little as possible. You don’t, for example, want to have a vortigant using a computer keyboard and then it ends up that there’s a bit of dialogue where they say that vortigants can’t use keyboards and interface with computers with telekinesis or whatever in Half Life 2 Episode 3.
We like to sprint
In HL1 the default action was sprinting, and the Shift key made you walk. HL2 was the other way around.
From a realism standpoint, it makes perfect sense. It just hadn’t been thought of from a gameplay standpoint at the time HL1 was made.
I don’t want to see even the SLIGHTEST lack of torus.
I dont want to see any sci’s eating donuts… kinda covers for that one phrase they often mutter when left to thier own devices…
maybe a guard, but no scientists
I don’t want to see a lack of torus, you don’t want to see donuts.
DUEL
BMS don’t need sprint. LOLWUT sprint-suits nowadays. Haven’t seen any.
Heh, what I’d least like to see is all versions of BM in Germany have to replace the HECU with robots…
