Things you DON'T want to see in BM.

exactly

or maybe when it dies you could hear it scream ‘FOOOOONG!’ if you listen closely enough.

I dont want to see poison or fast headcrabs in Black Masa. As they were only created after the event.

I don’t know about Black Masa, but they will not be in Black Mesa

If you mean the Original room I can tell you that the went was to low, why is the room filled with water and why is the door locked and who dint turn off the sink and why is there a hole in the ceiling :fffuuu: that is questions and stuff i wonder about the original room

A scientist locked the room to perform an experiment. He turned the water on, then the RC happened. A vort teleported outside the room and tried to kill the scientist, smashing the window and causing a light fixture to explode, but a headcrab got to him first. The vortigaunt fled when a barney came with guns-a-blazin’ and the zombie killed the barney. The zombie then climbed out out of the room, dragging the barney behind him and went off to other locales, to leave the sink to overflow, flooding the room.

Simple.

My explanation would be:

It’s a videogame and it created a challenge. ?

If you want a logical explanation:

The scientist who is hanging from the ceiling locked himself in the room during the disaster. After waiting in there for a while he got thirsty and ran the tap to get a drink. The noise attracted a creature, perhaps a zombie or vort, that was in the ceiling space above the room. It came crashing down through the ceiling, bringing the light fixture with it. It killed the scientist and dragged him back up into the hole to feed, but was distracted by something else and left him hanging from the whole. The sink eventually overflowed and the water filled the room, becoming electrified by the fallen light.

My explanation is that Valve made a room, added a water brush, electrified it with a trigger_hurt and added an env_spark on the end of a wire for aesthetics.

a wizard did it

I don’t want to see desert sand that reacts the same as a concrete surface when hit with explosives. Requires more dust clouds

I don’t want to see those extra shackles the HL2 vort slave model wears.

You’re going to be so pissed.

Obviously the Scientist put the sink on, then the RC happened, so he got scared and ran to the closet where the headcrab got him.

Because people respawn in closets, amirite?

My Explanation:

It looked Cool.

Logical Explanation:

When Creating The Black Mesa Research Facility in Nevada The Company went with the lowest bidders and during construction they accidentally placed a emergency door instead of a normal one. Years later a scientist goes to conduct an experiment but before hand washes his hands. The RC happened and a head crab busted through the roof with some bare electrical wire fallowing him, the scientist had the door locked because the couldn’t be disturbed during the experiment so he jumped out the window and ran. the head crab followed him, he left the sink on, the room flooded jest enough for the bare wire to touch it, another head crab spawned out of nowhere, then Gordan Freeman walked in and was all like " CROWBAR!!! " and crawled through the air vent even though his suit is almost all medal and would conduct electricity in the water, and everyone knows emergency exit doors are air tight.

It Completely makes seance kind of.

Yes, it does make Seance.

See? The ghosts agree with you as well.

You troper you.

There goes my day… I’ll be stuck on that site for years…

Oh, I know! I know! The scientist in the room (Dr. Newell) decided to complicate Mr. Freeman’s endeavors throughout Black Mesa, so prior to the RC, he let the water run for a long time, and then ripped the light cord from the ceiling (which destroyed that part of the ceiling in the process), put it in the water, and turned the light on. However, Doc Newell didn’t plan how to escape from the room, so he jumped onto the ceiling tiles, thinking he would be safe, but of course, an alien found him and dragged him further into the ceiling, but Doc Newell knew that it was worth it because he would do anything do get revfenge against Mr. Freeman (because scis during the game may say to Gordon, “Still don’t think there’s anything to Chaos Theory?”) as Newell worked in Scheduled Chaos Theory R&D

I don’t think scientists making portals and anti-mass spectrometers can be referred to as primitive screw heads. The Xen aliens on the other hand, maybe.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
