Things you DON'T want to see in BM.

Deathmatch is pretty much dead, does that fix your problem?

That is from the leak years back. That is OLD.
VERY OLD.[/SIZE]

I don’t wanna see a scientist wich you say him to follow you and he says yes and doesn’t move from there. I also don’t want to see a security guard who goes kamikaze (suicidal) alone against a squad of 5 or 6 HECU soldiers :fffuuu: instead of searching a little cover to shoot from there  , srisly, did that kamikaze technique got sense? they were always finished in 5 seconds by 3 mp5 and 2 shotguns :meh:.

no. because your wrong. in hl1 there are clans, which play tdm as well as there are many clans on quake live. there is also a big 1 vs 1 scene… so just because you don’t seem to like deathmatch games you don’t have to talk such a nonsense. there is just not enaugh support / new content to keep people playing HLDM.

He obviously meant BM: DM is dead.

I thought only co-op play was canceled but why further deathmatch?

Not sure if it’s been canceled, but definitely at the bottom of the priority list right now. Maybe after BMS is released.

Well, as long as the devs are going to release the singleplayer I’m happy.

That’s the plan :expressionless:

I don’t care about BMDM anyway. BMSP ftw.

If it’s gonna be anyhow like HL2 DM it should stay dead. Fuckin’ crossbows everywhere.

I know.

I don’t want to see the days leading up to the resonance cascade. Going into the facility, testing ordinary samples, going back out to the dorms, going to bed, coming back the next day and repeating until that fateful morning…

That would only be fun for scientists, which I am not.

Possible Minigame idea… BM MMORPG?

GTFO!

Don’t worry, the devs mentioned it in the FAQ that Black Mesa will start like Half-Life in the Tram.

chugga chugga choo choo

I actually have some friends who are planning such a thing.

It’s set after the RC though, and you choose between Science Team, Grunts and Aliens.

I’d love to hear more about this, namely about the gameplay ideas.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
