Things you DON'T want to see in BM.

But they call him Gordon in canon. “Gordon doesn’t need to hear all this, he’s a highly trained professional!” and all that jazz.

Yeah, I did miss that from the previous page. Fail!

Jumping puzzles. I swear I can’t take any more of those things.

That comment and that avatar make a hell of a combo.

The new security guard vest. The one that looked more like the one from the original hl should have been used.

I don’t want to see headcrabs which have dick shitting nipples.

Naked men. Really don’t want any of that hiding anywhere.

By the way, did you (the developers) ever take any ideas from this thread?

What are you talking? They are awesome, the old ones look like concrete metal blocks bound together.

Well, maybe the current one doesn’t look that cool, but it’s definetly more practical, and overall more believable.

I really hope he doesn’t mean

There’s nothing I hate more than armor designs that are just vague silhouettes of human muscles.
It looks cheesy, it looks impractical, and I’d go as far as to call it a cop out design wise. Almost as bad as armor with random lights on it.

Crysis’s nanosuit has both :frowning: Willing to give it a pass though because the mechanical muscle material actually exists and looks just like how it does in the game. However, they have no excuse for those fucking lights.

Better?

he is called “Batney” then instead of “Barney”

Guard-nipples of steel fit better.

Something they should do away with, although it’s pretty much inherent in the Source engine:

Falling between an object and a wall (or another object), the game continuing to register you as “falling”, then the object displacing and dropping you five feet to your death, all because you “fell” for a few extra seconds. Perhaps it’s just me, but this seems to happen to me all the time.

What has been seen cannot be un-seen. Barney + Bat Nipples = High Octane Nightmare Fuel

Black Mesa is supposed to be Half Life with minor tweaks and a complete graphical overhaul, as well as new areas. I don’t think any of the rooms from the original were cut, just redesigned in small ways (or large ways) pretty sure this room will be in the game.

Because you obviously know more than him.

Without the female scientist traitor & alien slave uprising I assume? :stuck_out_tongue:

dont forget to use the G-Man gun!!!

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
