I think the hazard with feature films based on a series is that, all too often, the film represents a tipping point, almost a “jumping the shark” point. I don’t know anything about Breaking Bad except the most basic premise, and I hear that many people love the series, which is why I hope that Breaking Bad doesn’t get a movie any time soon; it might be bad for the series.
Just my two cents here.
Oh no, I was afraid this would happen.
We were off on a tangent about the show Jericho (the entire series run of which you can find on Netflix if anyone is interested). The last news I heard about that show was that there was a possible feature-length reboot in the mix.
As far as Breaking Bad is concerned, I don’t believe there are plans for a motion picture, although there was a news story about a “notable director” who was interested in making a feature-length flick of the season 5 finale.
I’ve been hoping for a BrBa and Mythbusters crossover for some time, and for them to finally confirm it is awesome news! And the possibility of multiple episodes too. Anything to fill the time waiting for the final 8 episodes.

The “confession” was such an unexpected and conniving move. Great scene, it put you right there with Hank, thinking “Oh shit…he’s gonna actually confe–this is the worst Christmas ever.” Walt really covered everything he possibly could have with that video, including, perhaps most importantly, the fact that Hank had most of his medical bills covered by illicit drug money.
And Jesse is now finally on the warpath. Finally; I was waiting for him to snap and do this for a while now.
I’m pretty sure Jesse will be stopped before setting fire to Walt’s house, probably by Walt Jr. showing up in the house.
In the flashforward when they show Walt going back to his house to get the ricin back, it only seems to be wrecked, not burned.
