So who is going to be watching “A Christmas Story” this year?
You had better, otherwise I’ll put your eye out. :hmph:

Seen every year before, might as well again.
Fudge. [COLOR=’#000000’]Only I didn’t say “fudge”.
I 'venever actually seen that movie. I think I didn’t feel like watching it because I caught part of it on TV when I was kid and found it traumatizing, somehow.
I was traumatized by everything when I was a child.
AGH
My mom watches that fucking movie every year. MAKE IT STOP.
I much prefer Die-Hard for my Christmas movie pick. We watch that every year too, so it balances out.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES
A CHRISTMAS STORY AND FUCKIN’ DIE HARD
Die Hard as a must-watch-for-Christmas movie…?
BRILLIANT! Forget A Christmas Story, Die Hard’s going to be my new tradition!
Besides, the inaccuracy always bugged me - the Red Rider never featured a compass in the stock :hmph:
I had one back in the early 80’s - before I even saw the movie.
Can something really be considered a “Christmas movie” if it’s just set at Christmas time? I thought Christmas movies had to, y’know, have Christmas as a – or perhaps THE – central plot element, not just “Oh, and it’s Christmas, too”.
Die Hard summary: Terrorists crash a Christmas party and a police detective sets out to foil them.
That’s, like, the most Christmas a movie could possibly get.
I sadly have to admit that I have not seen any of the Die Hard movies. All I know about the first one is Bruce Willis is in a skyscraper with terrorists and he says “Yippie-kai-yay, motherfucker”…oh, and it’s Christmas. That’s the extent that I know about the movies.
Perhaps I should watch them one of these days.
The first is the only one worth watching, IMO. You should definitely check it out. Preferably on the 24th or 25th.
Our “Christmas Story” is Home Alone. It’s on EVERY FUCKING YEAR.

I’ve been meaning to watch Die Hard one of these days. The only die hard movie I’ve seen so far is Live Free or Die Hard.
Steam needs more ways to sort games. I’ve had my game list sorted in categories by developer for a long time, but now when I own games from different time periods, some games from the same series have different developers. There’s also the problem with those Expansions, or what I should call them, à la FO3 and FO:NW, which also is developed by different teams.
I figured I should sort them by genre, but then I realized I don’t know what genre most of my games should be put in, but I could always check it.
I would like to somehow put categories in groups by genre and then by developer in those groups.
Such a trivial problem.
EDIT: Oh, and I would love if I then could mark them as single- or multiplayer games.
I like to call it Lost Wages.
on the first day that my cell phone line is cut off, google finally decides to send me an invite to their AR game
even if I pay for my phone next month, the GPS chip inside is fried, so it probably won’t run
I have my games sorted by series mostly but some by type of game. I have all the HL games and Portal games under “Half Life” but then I have the Hitman, Thief, and Splinter Cell games under “Stealth”. I kind of agree that they need to put in more ways than those simple categories though.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
