Got back from a trip to Maryland, visited the Capital while there, and the Norfolk naval base on the way back.
I have to say, the capital is a bit more fucked than I’d imagined it would be. Norfolk was also a bit intimidating, driving pass the ship yard at night, listening to this. I also got to see a German frigate, which was pretty cool.
Should’ve gone to Bethesda’s HQ.
Should have, but that city was depressing. 
So yesterday I finally told one of my closest friends that I have feelings for her.
It went about as well as you could hope, by which I mean I’m still single, but I didn’t lose a friend.
TBH, it’s kind of…freeing. Now I know for sure she doesn’t reciprocate, I can move on.
And I don’t hate myself nearly as much as I used to. Apparently as much as 80% of it was for being a pansy coward.

In other news I t-boned the fuck out of some guy (I wasn’t at fault though, do I still get to say I t-boned the fuck out of him?) on the road today.
It just took me 30 minutes to enter my driveway by shovelling and traction-aiding my way through the snow.
I love winter. Ugh.
Spring already seems to be coming over here. It’s nice.
Well spring seemed to come over in January here in sweden, then the winter came back and mauled it down. There were a period of about 2 weeks in early January when I was able to sleep with an open window, then it went down to >-10°C again.
Still have a period of frost heading our way this weekend. Other than that: nice and sunny.
The weather around here doesn’t seem to want to make its mind up, first it’s six degrees plus, then drops down to six minus over the course of a few days, then goes back up again and starts over. Snow, frost, rain, clouds and fog seems to come and go at its leisure, and the wind is always unreliable near the coast, so all sorts of combinations spring up.
All my classes are cancelled today, so that pretty much sums it up for me. 
For some reason nearly every time I get up from my computer, if I have a playlist running I’ll go away for a while, sometimes for like a half hour, and as I’m coming back I’ll usually start unintentionally humming one of the songs I was listening to, and when I put my headset back on it will almost always be on the song I’m humming at the exact same part of the song I was humming - but whenever I do this purposely, I almost always mess up.
It’s really weird.
I bet you can hear it coming out of your headset, but don’t overtly notice it. Happens to me all the time.
so yesterday, me and my brother in-law got into a fight with a couple of guys, so one of them bastards, brought his car and ran us over! he was really determined to kill us both, because he kept drifting and driving towards us, he managed to escape before we called the cops, you won’t believe it, but we actually flew to the air when he hit us, but am really glad we only got bruises all over our bodies, such a hit could’ve easily killed us
