When you’re trying to sleep it to turn you homicidal.
8AM is when most people are awake. Get some earplugs if you have to sleep at 8AM.
Just watched the Battlestar Galactica episode Malestrom.
THAT WAS HORSESHIT. I am so fucking pissed off right now. THAT’S how they off Starbuck? Have her drive her fucking Viper into a gas giant? REALLY? WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FRAK. :’(
Why did you spoiler the title of the episode?
When people get kicked of the hierarchical ladder, you can be sure darkone will be there, waiting on the ground to bite their knees.
So that when people get to that episode, they don’t know that someone will die, let alone how.
Heh. [COLOR=’#171717’]You’ll be back here in a bit…
As of “Crossroads: Part II,” this show is starting to seriously get stuck up it’s own asshole. You do not use “All Along The Watchtower” as a fucking plot twist. COME ON.
EDIT: And now they killed off another of my favorite characters. T_T
still raging over the dexter ending, and that was months ago.
I can’t do anything web-development-related, so the trade school application I’ve been working on is dead in the water.
It would be really nice if the programming knowledge I did have were worth anything. I’ve been unemployed for five months.
Here’s a tip, kids: if you accidentally major in something you don’t want to work in for the rest of your life, then kill yourself, because it’s easier than changing tracks.
While learning java these past few weeks, I realized that you can’t learn anything, or do anything with what you’ve learned, unless you arm yourself with a shitload of confidence first.
If you forget your confidence, you will get anxious at any sign of a challenge, then proceed to panic and end up feeling like you’re physically paralyzed and unable to think when neither are necessarily true.
Don’t kill yourself. Hang in there, or get a better job application soon.
I keep bombing calculus quizzes because I can’t wrap my head around it and no study method is working.
Worse still, if you fail a single course at this university, you fail the entire year.
I don’t have enough money to be able to afford being held back a year, so if I fail this course, my entire plan for life, which I’ve been working on for my entire life, is completely fucked.
Did I mention it’s a game development program, so I’m pretty good at basically every other course excluding the business ones?
Lesson: lifeplans are a bad idea

Think outside the box, maybe you just want to be an artist? Then make a portfolio and submit your CV to a bunch of companies, one of them will end up hiring you to do exactly what you’re good at. That’s how the world works. If I fail my programming course I’m just gonna go apply for a networking job because for me it’s easier, and collect money to pay for my own education, if the government only wants to pay for me once.
Ate breakfast at school today. Cutting pancakes with a knife made from potato skin was rather unnecessarily difficult. But no, we can’t have better constructed utensils because they might hurt someone!

Okay, so I just finished playing Mass Effect 1 with a female Shepard for the first time. She’s considerably less robotic and more relatable than MaleShep. So, time to move on to Mass Effect 2!
Oh, Origin won’t start ME2? Okay I’ll just run the launcher manually. What? It doesn’t work? Probably some compatibility issues, I’ll run WinXP SP3…
Nothing? Really? Okay I’ll look it up and see if anyone is having the same problem… Yeah! There’s a lot of people with the same problem, great! There has to be a fix up!
Huh, there’s a bunch of different fixes, none of them official. Most of them require me to intentionally corrupt the game. Oh, but this problem must be recent, probably sprung up last week right?

And this is why you buy it on Steam.
If it’s available.
That’s why you buy physical, non-DRM copies, like me
