The Rage Topic

I doubt that he’s referring to Atomic Waffle, he’s probably implying that he wants to eat waffles and everything he can think of is waffles, even here.

I thought he was referring to me saying “This is so waffles!” Or something like that.

wat is waffles

I broke one of my toes…

I broke my arm once. I had to play super mario world with one hand for weeks…

“You never know how much you need something until it’s gone.”

Best example is a broken appendage. Hell, you’d be surprised how much you need certain toes and fingers.

Sure. You “broke [your] arm”. We believe that’s why you had to do things with one hand.

So I live in Beijing, and pollution is a big problem here. Therefore, there has been a policy established by the Chinese Government saying that if the Air Quality Index is above 300 (the higher the worse) for three days straight, then all schools and many other workplaces will be closed until the air pollution lowers. I am a senior in high school, and I could not be bothered to go to physics class (senioritis to the max), so I am praying to the smog gods that the AQI stays above 300 until tomorrow. However, the AQI is beginning to drop, from 450 to 393 within just 4 hours. As long as it doesn’t drop below 300 within 9 hours, then I will not go to school, and I’ll finally be able to relax from the IB program for a day or two. Oh please please please I want a Smog day!

I have no idea what you’re implying but I did actually break my arm a few years ago, I fell on it while running after the bus to go to school.

well here in antwerp, we have the unhealthiest air in all of the EU, and yet the flemmish government just approved plans for a highway through the city (pretty much) which was rejected through a referendum, instead of other plans which actually benefit the inhabitants of antwerp and are clearly preferred by the people

kris peeters should be jailed

Yes, but the BAM tracé was the cheapest of all the options, so obviously they went with that.

Antwerp will be Belgium’s Detroit by the end of this decenium.

well that depends what you look at

air-pollution related disease costs the government over €5bn annually, that’s almost as much (it’s in the ballpark at least) as it would cost to build the damn thing in the first place, and it’ll only keep getting more if they build this crap

the difference with meccano is minimal anyway, and now that they’ve added some crap to “compromise” with those who care about the wellbeing of people, who even knows? the cost or effect of those changes haven’t been investigated, which is just yet another slap in the face of democracy

“It’s a bypass. You’ve gotta build bypasses.”

i don’t follow (don’t know what movie that is)

The TV version of “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”. Mr. Prosser wants to knock down Arthur’s (not shown) house (not shown) to make way for a bypass. And, “why does it have to be built”? Because “you’ve gotta build bypasses”.

About 7.

Bypasses need to be build, but that doesn’t mean you have to build the shittiest possible bypass when so many other, more suitable and healthier options are available.

yeah, the only reason this thing is even still being considered is backroom deals and personal interests

but hey, apparently that’s how we’ve been doing things in antwerp for a century, so it shouldn’t be a surprise

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
