I went Skiing at Wolf Creek on Sunday. It was pretty good, but the snow was icy and terrible. My legs are STILL extremely sore, to the point that I had to take some painkillers this morning. Ugh.

It has less to do with my physical fitness and more to do with the fact that skiing is a pretty strenuous activity, all the more so when you have very little traction. Just walking around in ski boots can be a chore.

Your body gets used to the strenuous activity once you do it enough. It’s like riding a bike constantly. At first, you aren’t conditioned for it, later it becomes second nature.
