Source SDK was working fine for me one minute, then it got updated, now Hammer won’t start AT ALL. Cheers, Valve.

Nothing Source-SDK ever worked smoothly for me.
That’s why I download Hammer 3.5 and make TFC maps instead. It may be obsolete, but it’s reliable.
For me, it has.
The worst I’ve ever had is occasional crashes, and the vast majority of those were my fault.
I haven’t successfully compiled-and-run a map in Source since 2004.
How can you possibly be that bad at it?
