I have a capture card in my computer, and I’m trying to get it to work, and I can’t. The manual is fucking useless, and a quick google search brings up links to buy the capture card, and YouTube videos of people basically saying “check it out lool”

That’s what it sound like at first, I almost liked it, I almost admired the girl who could drive to the park, sit in her car and look out upon the water while enjoying ambient-style music for its sound, and sound alone… but then track 2 became stereotypical dubstep.
My problem I raged about earlier has been fixed. I currently have nothing to rage about. I can’t run the Xbox in 1080p, but oh well.
No HDMI out, right? My 360’s old so it doesn’t have one either. Is there a conversion cable available or do I just have to trade in for a new 360?

I have an Xbox 360 with HDMI out, my capture card supports up to 1080i (:fffuuu 
but thankfully also supports 720p. My monitor is 1920x1080, but I’m staying away from 1080i, for obvious reasons.
I don’t get the obvious reasons.
1080i (1080 lines interlaced) is basically 540 lines at 60 Hz except they show you the even lines in one frame and the odd lines in the other.
Net result is 1080 lines, but at something like 30 Hz, net. It’s not as smooth as 1080p.
Managed cables. Desk is nice and clean now (and cable-free, apart from the headset and mouse).
