THE PROBLEM IS HE KNOWS COMPUTERS, HE JUST DOESN’T KNOW THAT THERE ARE FILES OUTSIDE OF WORD DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE DOWNLOADED. IT REALLY IS ANNOYING.

We only have warm weather like once every year. 
Some sort of electric device, that could keep a steady channel of air flowing by use of some repeating airfoil… a wind oscillator, maybe? No, no… maybe a rotary foil? Just one motor would be necessary for this electric airflow generator if we used something akin to a pinwheel to fan air toward humans in need of cooling… what would we call this fanning device…

A fan is cheap. At least they are here. But then again, here there is a massive need for them.
I can get a desk fan here in Seattle (where it’s not generally considered “warm”) for less then $10.
