Naughty Dog is so fucking amazing. One of my favorite devs along with Blizzard and Valve.
Too bad I don’t have a PS3. I only own a shitty Xbox 360, that I didn’t touch for 2 years.
Yeah I also just own an Xbox 360, this may actually persuade me to buy a PS3.
It just looks so impressive.
Day 1 purchase for me, if I can.
PS3 - AMAZING for exclusive games, bad for multi-platform games.

Yep. Day 1 - this looked fucking awesome. The audience reaction to the brick in the face was laugh out loud worthy.

Much as I hate it when people are absurdly dismissive of something based on one video…it does look almost exactly like Uncharted with zombies and grittiness.
But hey, Uncharted is fucking awesome, so that’s not so bad.
There aren’t going to be any zombies. And the reason behind hyping it, is it’s Naughty Dog who is developing it.

I was wondering why they didn’t show any zombies in the footage. Guess the early reports were wrong.
And yes, I know Naughty Dog is developing it. It’s just a little disappointing that everything they showed looked exactly like a grimmed up version of their last series.

It could just as easily be Gears of War or Mass effect for all the traits it shares with Uncharted.
Are you sure about that? Didn’t the original reveal for this game some months ago show some kind of mutant, zombie style enemies? Has that stuff been cut from the game?
I could get into more specifics, but the main point is that they clearly didn’t do much to change any of the game mechanics from the Uncharted series – which might just be because they’re first in class, but still. Even the grenade and cover snapping are straight up carried over.
Like I said, a small gripe. It’s Naughty Dog, so I will be buying it regardless. I just hoped for something a little fresher.
