Cowboys & Aliens.
Pretty good. Not the greatest movie ever, but it was a fun watch nonetheless, even though it was rather nonsensical at times.

If that movie didn’t have Harrison Ford, it would have been terrible…hell, that’s the only reason I watched it in the first place XD
No doubt Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig were my reasons for watching that movie.
Harrison Ford, Daniel Craig, and Olivia Wilde
Harrison Ford, Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde, and David Alan Grier should do a movie together.
I saw most of Paul while I was at home. It was much, much better than I thought it would be. Frost and Pegg were brilliant as always, but you could just feel Rogen’s grubby hands all over the screenplay.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes
Much better than I expected it to be. The only thing was that the copy that I watched had Russian text when text was displayed on the screen so I didn’t get those parts but that’s not the movie’s fault :3 . Very good movie overall.
Ah the cost of watching pirated movies. . .
I watched The Matrix Reloaded last night, and reminded myself why I love these movies so much. Especially the highway scene. Good stuff.
Unstoppable - it was good, but I had just watched SNL’s parody trailer so I was having a little trouble taking it seriously. “It’s like a Chrysler Building on top of a Chrysler Building!”
Empire Records - a crazy day at work in the 90’s. Weird, but interesting.
Can’t Hardly Wait - pretty good, my friend made me watch it (along with Empire Records) because it was one of his favorite movies. Probably better to him because of nostalgia, but I did laugh quite a bit, especially at all the nerdy references. Also, Jennifer Love Hewitt.
Just watched Judge Dredd.
It was okay.
lol @ hillbillies
I AM THE LAW
I didn’t see the parody, so the movie was better than I was expecting. Also, I thought the trailers insinuated it was a terrorist plot of some kind, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was just incompetence. Yay for ineptitude.
Yeah the setup was actually quite a believable series of events.
If you don’t take into account that the air brake needed to be attached to move the train in the first place (they got that backwards ).
And it was based on a real event in Ohio. They dramatized the shit out of it, and made up at least half of the story, but a train really did get away from the engineer at speed D:
Saw Kick-Ass. It was pretty good, right up until the final fight sequence (about from when [COLOR=‘Black’]Kick-Ass flew up to the top floor riding a fucking jet pack) at which point the movie took a turn for the supremely stupid. I mean, it was completely over the top to begin with, but it had a sense of believably until it took a dump on that at the very end. The psychology behind vigilantism was fun but under-explored, and the problem with [COLOR=‘black’]drug pins ruling the street was never really resolved. I would have especially like to have seen [COLOR=‘black’]the corrupt police officer dude offering the drug lord protection brutally removed from office, but whatever.
Probably a mistake to try to judge Kick-Ass on its artistic merits.
Been watching The Sopranos my dad has every season so I figured why not, and man is it awesome. But I love mob stories.
Just watched Demolition Man.
I have a fever, and the only prescription, is more Stallone. (recommend me some 80s/90s action movies IMO, they don’t need to have Stallone in them, but it could be a bonus)
