I mean, god, If Raw_Bean were to decide to leave cause the forums sucked, that would be thread worthy. Any intelligent person would have realized how stupid posting a thread like this would look. Of course, any intelligent person would also realize that the absolute ambiguity that Valve gave to Gordon Freeman’s personality makes it absolutely impossible to find an actor who could actually satisfy the wildly divergent expectations that fans would have of the role, thus making the better choice to tell the story from the perspective of a random citizen of whom the audience has no expectations.

personally seeing some of the dumber sugestions is half the fun. But then this is a forum for discusion not just sitting around and agreeing I mean what would be be the point of that, whining about differing opinions in a discusion is an exercise in futility, or worse elitism. Worrying about a conversation about a fictional game on an anonymous forum is taking the whole thing far too seriously.
