The LOTR-movies were the first(and to date) only ones that were better than the books(in my opinion)(and yes, I read some books and watched the films to them)
Is the book “The Hobbits” worthwhile?(I think I gonna wait for the film anyway so I don’t spoil it’s epicness)

I couldn’t see the LOTR films in the cinema because I were too young and I had no interest in it so I will DEFINITELY go to the Hobbit.

That doesn’t mean it can’t compete. I mean, he ranked Star Wars over Lord of the Rings, even though Lord of the Rings will soon have more great movies than the three of Star Wars.
