Are those already in the game? They may just be for that part when you ride the dragon for a few minutes in the main quest chain.
I’m not done with the main quest chain yet, so thanks for the spoiler.
You shouldn’t read my previous post. There’s a spoiler.
Anyway, it’s nothing amazing and you don’t get to control it.
Honestly, I doubt they’ll allow us to go to Morrowind…although I would loooove it if they did. I miss the more alien landscapes of Morrowind. Cyrodil and Skyrim are too ‘normal’.
We’ll likely get more content in Skyrim itself. Although I have no idea where they’d fit it.
Aww…but all the Silt Striders must be dead from the burning fire. I think I read in one of the ingame books that a silt strider died in a burning river.
Ahhh yes…SkyWind anyone?

Morrowind with the Skyrim engine.
I don’t know how I stopped playing this game.
Actually, as noted in the post I linked earlier, the files pretty specifically point to areas of Morrowind; Telvanni towers and Solstheim or something.
Well, the landscape of Morrowind and Cyrodiil is already in Skyrim. Bethesda must have some use of them at some point.
Bethesda said that they added the landscape simply as a scale reference. So they’ve already explained why it was created.
They also said that while they would obviously like to flesh them out, it wont happen in the foreseeable future.
BUT…they did say that back when the game was first released, so perhaps the foreseeable future is now!
I hope Pyro is right and this isn’t just another situation of everybody getting hyped over nothing.
I mean, there were people who, before the last expansion, ‘confirmed’ that there would be dragon riding and that it would take place in Summerset Isles. Yeah…that happened.
So I am reluctant to believe anything until Bethesda confirm it first hand.
Pretty much this^
Who knows, I’m pretty sure you won’t be flying around the main Skyrim lands at any rate, unless they plan on adding the cities to the main worldspace.
Hey, does anyone know of a mod that lets you refund perks? I want to fix up my character but using console commands to do it looks like a pain in the ass.
If you’re only using Vanilla’s perks and no modded ones, try this:
Ishs Respec Mod - skyrim.nexusmods.com
I’m not sure if it’ll work, though.
EDIT (05:24 PM): Having to wait a relatively long period of time, just for the potion to take effect and the perks to reset, seems a bit tedious to me…
The guy in the video said it were a few (several) minutes, by the way.
…but if it does the job, why not?

Thanks! Now my Khajiit spellsword can stop being so good at completely irrelevant things.
Haha, a Chara that’s good at pretty much everything seems to take the fun out of the game after a while - that’s how I’ve experienced it, unfortunately…
That’s too true. I can’t help but feel rather absurd at the fact that I’m simultaneously the Dragonborn, Archmage of the College of Winterhold, and and the Guild Master of the Thieves Guild.
Reminds me that I have to play the game again at some point in time.
It’d be so awesome to be able to delete the memories you have from a few months ago and re-play it, knowing absolutely nothing…
Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to play it with some kind of a ‘different start’ mod or something, since I’ve seen pretty much every aspect of the game’s story (not counting side-quests).
I’m pretty lucky, then, because I haven’t really gotten that far in the main quest. I know a few major spoilers, yeah, but in general I really have no idea how it’s going to play out.
I haven’t been to Blackreach yet, either. I’m really eager to go there, the place sounds pretty awesome.
I got pretty bored with the main quest quickly, the main draw of these games for me are the guild quests (That means Dark Brotherhood and nothing else). I have managed to stay completely spoiler-free, though. I don’t even know what Blackreach is.
Also, if you don’t mind the shameless self-promotion, here’s some of that patented Fnork weirdness in action.
True. I’m head of the Companions, Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, College of Winterhold, Bards College and the saviour of Skyrim.
You’d assume they’d just make me Jarl of the whole damn province!
Also, how am I head of the Bard’s college when I haven’t played a single musical instrument. Surely being musically proficient should be a requirement. Or the fact that I completed all of the College of Winterhold quests by stabbing shit with my sword and didn’t use magic at all (except in the odd required section)
So they let me lead a college of magic when I had next to no magical abilities at all. Riiiight. They probably did it out of fear that I might stab them.
By 1:46 I wanted to punch you in the face.
Explain to me why you perceive that gibbering incoherently about absolutely nothing, while making extremely annoying noises would be a great thing to do. Seriously, I’d like to know your rational behind it.
If you have nothing interesting or amusing to say, don’t say anything at all.
Here’s a dialogue excerpt from your video
Wow…now I’m up to 4 minutes and I want to kick you in the windpipe. I’m going to turn it off now.
Yeah, another thing that bugged me about becoming the leader of all the factions is that you apparently don’t have any responsibilities. It’d be nice if, say, as Archmage, some of the people at the college would ask you for permission to try experiments or conduct research at a certain site, and there would be various consequences based on your decisions.
I heard about a mod that lets you make that one old guy there in the College the Archmage instead, has anyone tried it out?
