The 20,000 Facebook Likes Challenge

I was hoping this shiz would be over when I woke up but I guess the whole world goes to bed the same time as I do, any other big forums I should go yell at?

Take your pick from any forums in the Americas and Canada (they’re currently at early-late evening) or Far East and Australasia (they’re just waking up or having lunch).

The continuous refresh is showing a loss of 2 likes. Yikes

Edit: Now its up

The continuous refresh now updates the page title. You can keep the tab inactive and the tab title will update.

almost 16,000!

Remove the almost.

It was true when I posted it so no.

I know, it was just an update.

I really need to change the way I express myself, it always lead to so much confusion.

Thank you Hubicorn. I see that blackmesamod.com has been registered since 2010, is the current community website (blackmesasource.com) going to be disabled in a near future?

Nope, both will be active for as long as the earth still stands.

By tomorrow, at this current rate, we’ll have our prize.

Yes, a zoomed in picture of the mantis’ poop ejecting mechanism.

1000 likes in an hour and a half

Tell me this situation doesn’t remind you of that ^^^

Okay: This situation doesn’t remind me of that.

Do you want to know why? Because you just posted a video of Dragon Ball Z… not even the context or situation in the episode reminds me of this situation.

it actually does

Someone didn’t have a childhood. The video is when Goku gathered all the energy from the people of earth in order to create a massive spirit bomb. The blackmesa devs are trying to do the same thing with likes on facebook in order to create a massive following. Man I feel like I’m nine again typing that. Anyway next time I’ll try to use a simpler metaphor.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
