I have Team Fortress 2 with low violence but i don’t know why. I’ve tried to remove the low violence folder but it didn’t work (Steam just downloaded it again). I have also uninstalled it and removed all the files that was related to TF2. That worked but it went back to low violence a week after or so.
And no, I DO NOT HAVE THE GERMAN (censored) EDITION.
Is it because I might have been on a german server once?
Does anybody have any idea about what i should do? 
Violence is bad for you, you shouldn’t be looking at violent things. We all know how Norwegians are.

extract the gibs from the TF2 GCFs using GCFscape and put them in tf/models.
Have you contacted Steam Support about this? They’re probably the best place to ask for help regarding the issue.
Will try it, GFC- scape was what i used when i tried to remove the low- violence file.
