They will be. It’s in the lore, it’s in every game including Arena.
Unless there was some daedric tampering in the last two hundred years, there will be red eyes.
EDIT: I like that he’s closer to morrowind, and not blue.
He’s not exactly pretty, but it’s a great improvement over Obl. Reminds me more of Morrowind/DF dunmer

Yes they really messed that part up with Oblivion. Honestly, what went wrong with Oblivion that so much features got pulled out. I mean Oblivion was good but it could have been so much better; the world was rather cliché in contrast to Morrowind, they completely messed up the leveling system along with level scaling and the worst was the A.I. (but still a big improvement from Morrowind). I remember the demo back then: it showed excellent graphics and Tod Howard promised a whole lot of bullshit. Actually all or most of those things excluding the dialogue are still in the game, just none of them being used to that complexity by one NPC.
That’s a major improvement. It’ll be nice to have a character that doesn’t look like an old Saturday morning cartoon.
