I’ve never had a Steam purchase take any amount of time… Whenever I purchase, it deducts from my account and starts to download simultaneously.
And I’m now intrigued by this “illegal Steam”, as isn’t Steam a free service to begin with?
Steam is a free service, but the games on it are not.
This “Illegal steam” isn’t worthy mentioning, assuming that everyone here actually pays for the games you play on steam
OTT: As far as I’ve heard, if they deduct money, but they don’t give you the game, it means they’re probably checking your credit card, or billing data.
Meaning, if you bought the game with a valid credit card, you should be playing it in no time 
I think it is something that makes steam games free to purchase. Probably a developer tool or some douche bag modders tool
