It is just like a Gamercard.This steam id card is used to display your stats from in Steam community so easily.It is live game card.By this card your stats update automatically by every six our.

the pooling rate on the cards is fairly slow, something around the range of 10~15 minutes. Due to the large number of cards in the system live updating would require a much larger infrastructure.
