Steam Holiday Extravaganza

Right well, got 29 achievements all in all.

anyone know when we will know if we´ve won something?

I wouldn’t be surprised if the grand winner was some super casual mac user who only has Bejeweled 3 on her account and only won the minimal amount of coal for setting up Steam Guard or linking her Facebook account or something like that.

:frowning: I was hoping the coupon would cover all applicable games in my basket, but it attatches itself to a single game apparently. Silly small(er) print

I don’t understand why people are getting worked up over the Gift Pile.
It’s not like you’ve lost anything.

You’re right, but give aways like these always seem to stir up expectations (same thing with BM - people tend to have a sense of entitlement)

All my rage.

It seems like Steam still has the best deals ever.

Crazy deal! Get Modern Warfare 3 for full price!

FULL! PRICE!

I got Morrowind and Quake III on the last day of the sale. Woot.

I saw this on Reddit and thought it was amazing:

And here’s a chart for the game Xotic

It certainly proves Steam as a viable and effective means to release games commercially.

It’s also a good way to do as good as the console counterparts for popular games.

I have a 75% coupon for CoD4.

Also got:
Holiday Sale 2011 Gift: Costume Quest
33% off a Valve game
50% off Chantelise

I guess this is the winner: https://steamcommunity.com/id/iminrightnow

1.1 hours in the last two weeks. Sigh

bah, this is shit.

anyways, anyone interested in those coupons:
2x 25% Valve
1x 50% Valve
1x 50% The Wonderful End of the World
?

Wow he even got Crysis 2, Quake Wars and other games that are no longer being sold on Steam.

0.3 steam rating… k :meh:

We have a saying in my country: “God gives nuts to the toothless”

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
