Medium rare! Which is actually how you order it…I’ve never heard anyone ask for a “medium” steak before. But medium rare = medium, so there we go.
How’d you work that out?? The order as I know it is:
Blue
Rare
Medium-rare
Medium
Medium-well
Well done
But I have no idea where you live, they might not have developed the full steak variety
So i hear u liek vegtables?
Oh god I feel horrible for laughing.
He’s not really a vegetable though .
I like my steak medium.
Medium-Well
…not sure how to translate “7 variety of pepper” + chili and dog-rose spice combination then over finished steak I place there bacon and “toasty egg” with herb butter …Excuse me I think I am gonna cooking…
D:
wh…
WHAT.
For me:
Medium-Rare.
No sauce. Of any kind. EVER.
That’s one smart 'tater.
I’m with you on the sauce. But me, I want a pat of butter on top.
Char-Grilled on the Barbie.
Char grilled ruins the meat.
Have fun eating a burnt piece of shit while I enjoy my juicy, delicious tender piece of meat.
I’m not a coprovore but I love chargrilled meat (which is different from burnt). But, you eat it your way and I’ll eat it mine and I won’t insult your slopsteak.
Well done, usually accompanied by pepper sauce or butter.
The only exception to this, ever, are the pepper stakes from a Japanese restaurant they have near my house. All they do is give you a hotplate and a raw cut up stake on it with some butter/garlic sauce. You just wait and flip it around while the steak cooks and it’s ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS.
Medium-well.
Rare.
Franks Red Hot is terrible on everything except fried rice. :hmph:
i was not aware that steak was meant to be cooked
have I been doing it wrong
