I’ve recently installed Scientis Slaughterhouse, and unfortunately when I copy and paste the cfg from the HL folder so controls will work I don’t have Tertiary fire! Does anybody know a way around this?

When I saw SSH I assumed Secure Shell.

Try modding the controls from inside the mod. Or modding the CFG itself. I doubt that it has slots for tertiary fire.
