source mod help

ok,here is my problem: i am trying to make a source sdk mod based on half life 2 (not the episodes).What i am trying to edit are the weapons stats (accuracy stuff like that).All good besides some warnings i dont understand.I put a map in my mods folder,start the game up,test the changes i made,all ok.This is where things get choppy.I put all of the maps for half life 2 in mods folder,but when i load for example d1_canals i get to the point where you use the mounted machinegun >> the machine gun makes a muzzle flash,makes sound but it doesnt actually fire anything,another problem i noticed is when you first get the buggy,it doesnt have the mounted gauss gun,then on highway 17 where you need to go under the bridge,right at the door with the loading sequence i get mission failed-subject death (i somehow get loaded dead),also on highway 17 after defending oddessa i need to go with the buggy trough a gate,but the damn rebel wont open the gate (i checked to see if i had the scripts and i had them all)

this is what i have in my gameinfo: FileSystem
{
SteamAppId 218
ToolsAppId 211
AdditionalContentId 220

	SearchPaths
	{
		Game				|gameinfo_path|.
		Game				|all_source_engine_paths|hl2
	}
}

}

if a developer or mod or anyone who has knowledge could help me i would be really greatfull :slight_smile:

You have already made a thread about this.

Also, I recommend you put spaces after punctuation. Like this,not this.

I have no idea what is happening.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
