Small graphical glitches on Black Mesa

Hello I have a problem with the game, all the characters in the game have a graphical glitch in the eyes (small pink and blue squares) and the problem continues with weapons, and in some places the graphic glitch takes the whole screen show these pink and blue squares . Could you help me thanks

I have AMD 5800k whith last driver, this is the glitch

and the problem persists for all the characters, some of the locations and weapons. Some solution to help me?

in the console you need to type mat_dxlevel 90 or upgrade your graphics card because directx 8 or 8.1 are not supported

Press the tilde key (~) (should be on the top left of your keyboard) to bring up the console.

Type mat_dxlevel 90 there and see if that solves your problem.

Note: if the tilde key does not bring up the console, go to the in-game menu, click Options, click on the Keyboard tab, click on the Advanced button, and then place a checkmark on “Enable developer console”, then try the command in the console again.

Alternatively, get a newer graphics card.

when I try to put the code that pointed me in the console, I submit, I press the x in the upper right, and the game crashes.
The video card I need to type the light at high details and passes 60 fps.
I have done something wrong.
