I have stuttering problem to and i dont have internet connection.Is there a way to fix this i realy want to play this game.
ps i give it access in firewall and nothing changes
THE ANSWER
Singularity requires that you allow UDP internet connectivity IN/OUT.
That lag every 2 seconds is the game pausing to check for a connection or rather, trying to connect. This connectivity is always required; ie, it is not simply trying to do it once to download files or to register the game. One of the ports (7777) it uses has a history of being used with other titles that utilize the Real engine.

Singularity? I got that on the 24/25th and finished b4 it was officially released. It’s a bit on the short side and there are quite a few plot holes at the end.
I posted this because I don’t have anything useful to say and I wanted to post something because the thread was here I was required by the IBKC to post something. 
Just be connected to internet. If that doesn’t help turn off or uninstall (at the worst case if u barely know anything about that security stuff) anti-virus software/Firewall. Should help with lag, haven’t tested though… Finished it by the way, excellent game…
