My noob photography.
My noob photography.
What’s with the grainy quality.
Might need better camera.
And more focus.
I made this because I was irate about people that find horrible body odors and dirt arousing. I’m using the concept to troll on furaffinity and it sort of works.
He doesn’t have a name yet. I’ve just been calling him “My Head”.
Why Murray?
I blame the fact that I was using the photo function on my vidya cam.
:jizz: Stop being so fucking awesome!
The demo hat looks really out of place
I agree, the beige should be darker with a team-colored tint.
Plus those goggles aren’t big enough.
That would be a serious problem.
Installed Call of Duty 2, I figured I might aswell make a house for it while I’m at it. :hmph: Don’t mind the totally random light post.
loving the “heat regulators” in the feet
Bedroom added (with minor explosion damage):
Noodle’s Cap.
I would wear that hat proudly!
So I’ve been trying to get back into mapping, after a looooooong time of not touching Hammer at all. I’ve lost pretty much any knowledge of the program itself, but retained my knowledge of how to create proper maps, and not just throw brushes around like a twat.
Anyway, last time I mapped for Source, there wasn’t any mention of HDR yet (or at least I didn’t notice it or took it into consideration), and now I’m struggling to get some proper lighting going. I got the lightmaps right, I got the light_environment in place and pointed at the right direction (love the new(?) “Point at…” button). But the light that is shown just isn’t bright enough to even be noted as HDR (yes, HDR is checked when compiling). HDR does work in the sense that if I’m inside and looking out, I only see whited/very bright sky, but it doesn’t work in the sense that the light that’s cast on the floors and walls is bright enough (BLOOOOOOM), and that the holes in the walls don’t have that light-radiation thing going (like the windows on the right here (minus the beams of light)).
Is there something I’m missing here? Some entity that needs to be placed, or some property of the light_env?
I’m aiming for the lighting used in this pic:
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
