I believe you mean “something went right”, because I don’t see anything wrong with the results.

I really enjoyed this one, house music kicks ass. 2 hour mixes are much in need as I play them while mapping.

Episode 03- I didn’t like this one. Near the beginning I spout stuff that later turned out untrue, so I decided to drown myself out with game noise until I started talking about something else.

Episode 04 - Better. I am murdered a lot in this one.

Some interesting architecture and brushwork; but I still don’t like the lighting. Specifically in the cargo bay area; there are lots of light sources but it looks rather flat color-wise and unfocused in terms of direction (ie, light everywhere, no focal points) which detracts from the overall visual quality IMO - I can’t look at a single one of the shots without my eye being drawn to several locations that are (presumably) of minor importance. Let’s look at the fourth shot as an example, there are two well-lit areas with a warmer hue which look inaccessible and are directly next to the lowered vehicle lift, while the area the players will traverse has lights with a cooler tone (extremely close to the warmer lights, mind) and less brightness/overall contrast.

Lighting has never been my strongest point, in every game. I’ll check those articles, currently still experimenting with lighting possibilities, sprites and trying to get the right settings for HDR. I’m combining multiple lights one using quadratic to focus to light (like those white lights on the side of the wall) and the other to illuminate the room as a whole.
