Looks great. What are you going to do with it?
On a somewhat related note, I can’t believe how much the quality of LEGO sets have decreased. The new Rock Raiders (Power Miners) and Space Police III especially.

Thanks, I might use it to do some animation, maybe turn it into a low-poly model for games or I’ll just use it as portfolio material. I chose the Rock Raider theme in particular because I liked it as a kid, it was discontinued by LEGO over 10 years ago. The other sets from the RR theme use similar parts, so creating those will take less time.
I’m planning to scan the bricks that have prints on them, not sure how it will look but it’s worth the try.
fucking cool.
Sexy skybox. Are they just regular brushes?
Nope, procedural.
:jizz:
Aren’t procedurals textures, requiring something for them to be placed on?
Just started is just started
Happy house
:awesome:
Wow I just noticed that
A procedural displacement refers to terrain made in an external 3d modeller, textured, and ported into Source.
last time i posted a small thumbnail oops
Awesome.
Lol, this video was epic because I had this playing at the same time (Obviously not the Youtube version, but that was the best I could find on teh internets)… :3
Also, here’s my latest Gimp job. It’s not much, but I think it’s good considering I’ve never done much in Gimp before… Sort of a “lol wut?” piece. :retard:
I really want to learn to use blender so I can make some badass models like somebody below me I could mention…
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
