He’s made a handful of new props and textures and applied them to a room. It’s very impressive, but a long way from being feasible for a remake.
Why would you even bother to share it, then? It’s not like it’s impressive. You could do that in MS paint.

I think a purple poo singing on the pipe from La Trahison des Images qualifies as surrealistic, although it’s not collage.
