Freedom of speech includes calling out morons. No one is saying this dude should be arrested or the burning be stopped forcibly.
I am just playing the devils advocate here. Reading and seeing media attention on this whole thing I am seeing a pattern.
One group is allowed freedom of religion and expression.
Another man (can’t even call him part of a group cuz like I said, not even his own church is liking his idea) is not allowed freedom of religion and expression?

The dude arranging the Quran burnings is a massive attention whore, and it’s not the first time he’s tried to do or say something controversial in order to gain attention.
That being said, I don’t really care about them burning Qurans if that is what they want to waste their time doing. All they are doing in my eyes are lowering themselves to the same level of their middle eastern counterparts.
I live in a district called Borgerhout, also known as Borgerokko. As in Morocco. This place is full of Moroccans (i.e. Muslims) and there’s a whole lot of Turks in Antwerp too. None of your ‘facts’ apply to those Muslims.

Normally I wouldn’t care if Bibles/Qu’rans were burnt, I think religion itself should be phased out of society. But burning a book that many people view as spirtiual because of an attack that was carried out by a very small group of a religious group in the form of retaliation is going to cause a lot more harm than it will good.

It doesn’t matter to me whether or not I like what I read on here or not, I just find it odd that you’re complaining about how Muslims smell, act, and otherwise, and now you’re saying you don’t even live in the same area as what you’re talking about. So why complain about it, if you’re saying all of the ones that bother you live in another place?
