Does anyone know how to take screenshots (in source games) , access them, and post them?

I love how you’re holding an MP7 but they’re holding MP5’s.
I downloaded the MP7 first, but little did I know that it had no world model. So I gave the MP5K world model to all the NPC’s . Gordon’s SMG is superior to all others now! Plus the MP5K skin fits in with the Old-School M4 skin I got (yes, I know that there is an Old-School MP5, too, but this is the only skin that they hold right)
Uploading to forums, host the image elsewhere (imageshack, photobucket, vulomedia), and then use img tags like so:

Also, I took several shots from HL2DM, but I cant find any screenshot folder. Suggestions?
You can also, if you only want to take one screenshot, press printscreen and then you can paste it in Paint or Photoshop or something, for some reason I prefer to do this usually…
Printscreen? That takes you out of the game and everything, why not just hit f5, or whatever you have it bound to.
Or bind screenshot to printscreen.
