It has an embedded rhyming dictionary I wrote that runs fast enough to be near instantaneous on the iphone.
I’m working on an iPad game. Will post about that soon, hopefully.
Can’t wait for Black Mesa. It’s one of those game for which I will take a day off when it comes out.
This would be great if it didn’t require an iSlab to use.

the idea is that there are no words that rhyme with purple, silver, and orange.
orange is technically pronounced Or-ANj, but quite often gets slurred in pronunciation to orEnge or orInge. in which case it can be rhymed with door hinge, poor hinge, floor hinge, more hinge, etc.
purple is supposed to have the second p and the l blend directly together, but many people add a very light vowel sound of i or u, creating a purpill or purpull sound, which can be rhymed with sir bill, fur pull, her pull, her fill, etc
silver has a few close rhymes, like still verb, sylph her, but nothing really exact, even with slurring.
Still, when orange purple and silver were listed as words without rhyming words, I believe they meant no other single word, which would exclude door hinge as well as all of my suggestions since they all use two words.
Why not just hinge?

Orange also rhymes pretty well with both lozenge and syringe.
When we say the word desert (the hot sandy place) we put the stress on the first syllable, when we say desert (the act of abandoning someone) we put the stress on the second syllable. To pronounce orange correctly, you need to put the stress on the first syllable(on the “or” part of “orange”) Because that’s where the stress falls, it doesn’t sound right when you attempt to base your rhyme solely on the unstressed ending syllable. That’s why we use door to rhyme with or and then hinge to rhyme with ange.
Saying it out loud, Syringe works rather well actually.
yah, only if you add a second syllable to orange and emphasis the newly created second one. The word orange only has one syllable.

I think the correct pronunciation is “OARNJ”
syringe is “SRINJ” or “SERINJ”
Unless you are deliberately speaking creepily, charmingly and/or seductively, it’s only one syllable.
In my Aussie accent, it’s ORINJ, syringe is SIRINJ
ahhh syringe HAS two syllables with the second emphasized. /sɪr’ɪndʒ/ see the ’ there. Also saying “ORINJ” means that you would have to place emphases on the “INJ” again meaning splitting the work into two syllables.
Sure they can be made to sound the same (see: Alligator=Movie theater|Alla-Geeator=Movie-theeAteor) but in a literary rhyming sense, no.
