Only free one I know is Buzz
Then if you’re ready to pay some money, there’s Fl Studio, Reason, Logic etc. These are all for producing electronic(ish) music, though.
reaper is good for mixing, get some plugins and it can do ekectronica. otherwise, if ur into tracking chiptunes its buzz or milkytracker or modplug

If you can stand using one thats in a web browser, I’ve found that aviary.com is pretty good. Its got other things too besides audio editing. It requires an account, but its totally free.
Fruity Loops is ok if you get some add-ons for it

FL Studio 8 you can do anything in there - it supports plugins and various music equipment
Free one I have used is Madtracker. Its a decent start.
That and Audacity with an FL Studio demo. lol.
Hehe… I used audacity for mixing. It’s… weird and complicated and didn’t end up very cool sounding.
