Predictions for "The Tenties"

Wait, isn’t the economic situation getting better(even if only slightly)? I’m not sure about unemployment, though.

2010 - I start watching the news more.

Episode 3 NOT appearing at e3 this year.

Instead, we get l4d 3.

The US will have a woman president.

Do you mean female?

And whomever it will be will bring about a darkness not seen since the invention of feminism.

Oh and by the way, awesome sig - Preacher FTW.

I hope to God it’s not a feminist that gets elected. Or Hillary Clinton.

And yeah, just finished it. Changed the image but it’s still Preacher.

Oh, I know. Saint of All Killers in the chambers of Heaven.

By 2019, there’s an expectation to have holiday villa’s on the Moon. So hurrah.

By 2000 they predicted we’d have flying cars on every street :expressionless:

There will be cake!!!

There will be FREE HEALTHCARE FOR ALL!
…Or everyone will die from war. One of those two.

I predict Radio Shack will go out of business sometime this decade (or be bought by another company and the name is lost to history).

Also, it’s not the “tenties”. It’s the “teens”.

Unemployment has been rising since 2008. Since the government took steps to correct the economic situation in 2008/2009, unemployment has been rising more slowly. We’re recently seeing certain indicators that the economic situation is stabilizing, for example rising real-estate prices. But some economists predict this is a false recovery and the economy will start falling again in late 2010.

You’re a decade late man.

Eh-wha?

It was already bought a couple of years ago.

“…and the name is lost to history.”

That’s a lie and you know it. There’ll just be a flaming pit of fire.

And Skynet. Don’t forget Skynet. It should start operating soon.

Let’s hope Black Mesa is released before then.

How else do you think they bake the cake?

That’s it! Skynet’s been meddling with the past again and in doing so it changed the present so that BMS got delayed. Somewhere out there there’s got to be a parallel universe where BMS was released in 2009 :fffuuu:

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
